The Mental Health Association in Beaver County (MHA), a United Way agency, has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with mental health challenges for 70 years. We are seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead our organization and build upon our longstanding tradition of excellence.

Position Overview:
The Executive Director will provide strategic direction and manage the daily operations of MHA. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role requires a passionate leader with experience in executive management, financial oversight, strategic planning, and fundraising.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in senior executive roles with effective leadership and management skills.
• Expertise in fiscal management, strategic planning, policy development, and fundraising.
• Experience and skills commensurate with salary expectations.
