  • Your Investment: Time Your Investment: Time

Participating in our leadership program is an investment in your growth and future impact. The Leadership Beaver County program requires a significant time investment to ensure participants gain the full benefit of the experience. Sessions are held once a month on the third Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, from September through May.

Active participation in all sessions is imperative and necessary to maximize learning and networking opportunities. Each session is designed to provide valuable insights, skills, and connections that will enhance your leadership abilities and contribute to both personal and professional growth. Consistent attendance is key to making the most of this transformative experience. Emergency absences will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Orientation Session will take place on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Pitt Raceway. This one-day experience allows Cohort members to get to know one another and gain a deeper understanding of the Leadership Beaver County program. Attendance at this session is mandatory.

  • Your Investment: Tuition Your Investment: Tuition

The program tuition is $1,500, plus a $25 non-refundable application fee. The tuition payment must be received at the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce by September 1, 2025.

This fee covers all aspects of the program including:

    • Orientation session
    • 9 all-day sessions, including breakfast and lunch
    • Everything DiSC® Assessment
    • Graduation ceremony dinner

Your investment supports a comprehensive, high-impact experience designed to equip you with the skills, insights, and connections to lead with confidence and purpose.

  • Everything DiSC® Assessment Everything DiSC® Assessment

Everything DiSC® is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles—usually, one, two, or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioral profile with different styles and priorities—no one style is better or worse than the next. We believe that these differences in style can be extremely valuable. Once you assess these differences and harness their value, better workplace communication AND healthier organizations become possible.
