Participants join together to learn from industry experts and discuss the Chamber's annual government-focused priorities. 

1. Strengthening Education and Workforce Development Partnerships
   Promote collaboration between local schools, higher education institutions, and employers to ensure Beaver County’s workforce is prepared for the evolving economy. The committee will advocate for policies and programs that enhance career readiness, vocational training, and lifelong learning opportunities—building the foundation for a skilled and competitive local workforce.
   
   

2. Expanding Access and Engagement with Elected Officials
   Facilitate open and consistent communication between Chamber members and government leaders at all levels. Through legislative forums, special event sessions, and advocacy days, the committee will ensure that the voice of Beaver County’s business community is heard and that members have direct access to decision-makers shaping policies that affect our region.
   
   

3. Advancing Economic Vitality and Business Growth
   Champion initiatives that strengthen Beaver County’s economic competitiveness, including infrastructure improvements, responsible development, and business-friendly regulations. The committee will work to attract new investment, support small business expansion, and promote policies that sustain a thriving and diverse local economy.
