Don Lodge is a Business Consultant at the Duquesne University Small Business Development Center.
Don spent 22 years in director-level human resources jobs at Equibank, Westinghouse, Mercy Hospital, UPMC, and K&L Gates. He changed professions to become a business consultant in 2002, and he has worked with over 350 business owners since then. He also taught graduate business courses in compensation and benefits at Duquesne, CMU, and LaRoche for 30 years.
In October 2018, Don started at Duquesne to work with his favorite people: Business Owners. He has not had a haircut in 13 months and is learning to play bass guitar. So he looks the part even if he cannot play well.
