\nDon spent 22 years in director-level human resources jobs at Equibank\, Westinghouse\, Mercy Hospital\, UPMC\, and K&\;L Gates. \; \;He changed professions to become a business consultant in 2002\, and he has worked with over 350 business owners since then. \; \;He also taught graduate business courses in compensation and benefits at Duquesne\, CMU\, and LaRoche for 30 years. \; \;

\nIn October 2018\, Don started at Duquesne to work with his favorite people: \; \;Business Owners. \; \;He has not had a haircut in 13 months and is learning to play bass guitar. \; \;So he looks the part even if he cannot play well. \;
