Pumpkin Palooza and the Pig Lady Festival

The Pig Lady Festival/Pumpkin Palooza is a fall community celebration of local folklore in the tradition of the Gaelic Samhain “end of Summer” event commemorated with games, bonfires, ghost stories, and movies. From 12-5 pm, bring younger kids to the Pumpkin Palooza for trick or treating and games like apple chucking and witch rides, and then stick with us from 5-10 pm for the spookier fare. This year’s Pig Lady Festival theme is Witching in Western Pennsylvania, and our special guest and featured movie will dive deep into the darker side of Folk Magic history in the Keystone State. All proceeds benefit the Little Beaver Lions Club. The festival is brought to you by the Little Beaver Lions Club and The Social Voice Project.
