    We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist for our growing firm. Qualifications needed: An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting and/or 2 years' experience in accounting/payroll.  Due to the nature of the position, a strong knowledge of tax and wage laws and common fiscal procedures is necessary along with excellent communication skill and computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications. Ideal candidates would be familiar with Accounting CS Payroll.

    Responsibilities:  Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings.  Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate and filed timely for multiple payroll schedules.  Monitor paid and unpaid leaves.  Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions.  Resolve payroll problems.  Answer employee questions concerning payroll.  Participate in payroll audits.  Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes.
